（01）商標註冊：在提出申請之同時，需提示一份已在美國地區使用之證明，如無使用證明，則必需在申請之後註冊之前，宣誓註冊後將如何使用，及已在美國地區使用之證明證明文件。商標種類(正商標)：表示自己經營的商品、並有使用的意願，專用商標者應辦理申請註冊。　　服務標記：不是表示商品，而是表示所提供之服務。美國商標註冊分類：美國商標採用國際分類。美國商標申請時間：美國商標申請約 12 ～ 18 個月。美國商標註冊專用時間：自注冊日之日起十年，到期後要申請延續註冊。
